How It's Made
Every Charisma Creations 317 model is made to order — crafted by hand, with care and precision at every step.
Our models are printed in a high-quality, medium-gray, water-soluble resin. After printing, each plate is hung to drain and the pieces are thoroughly washed three times: first in filtered water, then in an ultrasonic cleaner at 28°C, and finally rinsed once more before air drying.
Once dry, every piece is carefully removed from its supports, trimmed, sanded, and detailed before being cured under ultraviolet light for an average of five minutes. Each model is then inspected for quality and fine-tuned to ensure it meets our standards — the same level we would expect if we had ordered it ourselves.
From start to finish, your order (depending on size and number of kits purchased) represents approximately 5–15 hours of printing time and hands-on work. When complete, Lauren personally bubble-wraps, weighs, and prepares each package for shipping.
Rest assured, every model is fully cured, safe to handle, and family-friendly; even our four boys help with orders from time to time! We also currently raise chickens, ducks, and pigs and have a large turkey and deer population so anything toxic is a big NO around here.
Minor sanding marks (fine white lines) may be visible on some pieces — signs of the detailed finishing work we do to ensure proper fits, clean joins, and smooth assembly. We also pre-fit many components so your build and painting process is as seamless as possible. Some larger models may require filling and sanding due to the design of the model.
If any item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For assembly, we recommend Gorilla Super Glue Gel XL — it’s easy to apply, stays in place, and bonds cleanly.
From our family to yours — thank you for your support. You help feed our family, our livestock, and our calling to honor God through the work of our hands.
