At Charisma Creations 317, we're thrilled to offer custom order services tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're looking to mix and match items from our existing inventory or need something entirely new, we've got you covered. Here's how it works:

1. Mix and Match Custom Orders:

If you'd like to create a custom order by combining items from our inventory, simply send us a message detailing your preferences. We'll provide you with a personalized quote, which includes the cost for assembling the model pieces on a plate (or multiple plates) using our digital rendering program, Chitubox. Once you're satisfied with the quote, we'll create a custom order listing exclusively for you to complete your purchase seamlessly on our website.

2. Design Your Own Print:

If you have a specific design in mind that isn't available in our inventory, we're here to bring your vision to life. Here's how the process unfolds:

  1. Email us the .STL file(s) along with detailed descriptions of what you want to charismacreations317@gmail.com, using "CUSTOM ORDER" in the subject line along with your name. If possible, mark the email as high priority or important.

  2. Upon receiving your files, we'll import them into Chitubox, addressing any model issues and designing supports if necessary. We'll then calculate the material and labor costs associated with your request. If the models are damaged beyond repair, we'll notify you so you can contact the designer. This initial evaluation is provided at no cost to you.

  3. Once we've assessed your request, we'll provide you with a detailed quote. If you're ready to proceed, we'll create a custom listing for you to complete your purchase.

  4. After conducting a sample test print, we'll report back to you with the results.

  5. If any design issues arise during the test print, we'll notify you promptly so you can address them with the designer. We'll then revisit the process outlined in step 2.

  6. Once everything is in order, we'll process and ship your custom order as usual.

Additional Information:

In rare cases where there are significant issues due to poor design practices in the .STL files, and communication with the designer is not possible, we'll do our best to find a viable solution. This may involve printing what is feasible or issuing a refund for the portion of the order that cannot be fulfilled, minus prototype resin and man-hour costs.

Please note that as of the time of writing, all custom orders we've printed have been completed to the satisfaction of our customers.
