At Charisma Creations 317, we're thrilled to offer custom order services tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're looking to mix and match items from our existing inventory or need something entirely new, we've got you covered. Here's how it works:
1. Mix & Match Custom Orders
If you’d like to combine models or parts from our store, send us a message with your preferences. We’ll create a personalized quote that includes setup and printing costs. Once approved, we’ll post a private custom listing on our website for easy checkout.
2. Design Your Own Print
If you already have a 3D model you’d like printed:

Email your .STL file(s) and details to charismacreations317@gmail.com with the subject line “CUSTOM ORDER – [Your Name]” (mark as high priority if possible). You may need to share files via Google Drive if they are too large.

We’ll inspect and prepare the files in Chitubox Pro, correcting minor issues and designing supports as needed. If the models are damaged beyond repair, we'll notify you so you can contact the designer.

You’ll receive a detailed quote for material and labor costs — the initial file evaluation is always free.

Once you approve the cost, we’ll post a custom order listing for you to purchase.

We’ll perform a test print and report results. If any design adjustments are required, we’ll notify you before continuing.

Once finalized, your model is printed, inspected, and shipped as usual.
Additional Information
In rare cases where .STL files contain major design flaws and the original designer can’t be contacted, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. This may include printing what’s feasible or refunding the unprintable portion (minus prototype resin and labor costs).
